"What does 'made to order' mean?"
This means that the piece has not been made yet until the order is placed on the website.
"How long do made to order pieces take to ship?"
Currrently, 2-4 weeks.
"When will I recieve my order?"
Ready to ship items are shipped in 2-3 days. Made to order items are shipped in 2-4 weeks.
"Do you except refunds or returns?"
I do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations on orders. Please make sure you make an informed decision on sizing before completing your purchase. If you have further questions about an item beofre purchasing, please reach out via email.
